Terms and Conditions for Dunster Country Fair
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (Terms ) apply to all attendees, traders, volunteers, and participants of Dunster Country Fair (“Event”). By entering the Event’s grounds, you agree to comply with these Terms and all the instructions given by Event Staff.
Admission and Entry
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or pass.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The Event reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual for behavioural, safety or security reasons.
Safety and Security
The following items are strictly prohibited: weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, drones. This list is not exhaustive.
Alcohol is available to buy from licensed traders. Please drink responsibly and only if you are of the legal age to do so.

Animals
The Event is host to various canine and equestrian events including a family dog show. You may bring pet dogs into the ground but please ensure you pick up after them and dispose of the waste in the bins provided. Dogs brought into the grounds other than by exhibitors must always be on a lead. You must also bring your own water.
Traders and Exhibitors
- Traders must comply with all licensing and health and safety regulations.
- The Events is not responsible for the pricing of traders’ products or entertainment.
- Traders and Exhibitors are responsible for their stock, equipment, and insurance.
Competitions, Rides and Activities
- Participation in rides, activities and demonstrations is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Some activities may be restricted by age, height, or health.
- Participants must follow the instructions from the operators.
Personal Belongings
The Event is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Please keep valuables secure and attended.
Photography and Media
By entering the Event you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or other purposes
Weather and Cancellations
- The event may proceed in various weather conditions
- The Events reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel activities for safety reasons
- No refunds will be offered
Liability
- All attend the Events at their own risk.
- The Event organisers are not responsible for injury, loss or damage except required by law
- All those attending the Events must comply with local laws, including those relating to alcohol, public safety, and public behaviour.
Amendments
The Event reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Update Terms will be posted on the Event website and social media page.
