The Committee are pleased to confirm no price increase for 2026 and applications are now open

Outside Trade Stands will be available as follows:
 Standard 25ft x 25ft (7.62m x 7.62m)
 Corner 25ft x 25ft (7.62m x 7.62m)
 Premium 30ft x 25ft (9.14m x 7.62m)
 Small and Charity 25ft x 12ft 6ins (7.62m 3.65m)

Inside Trade Stands will be available in the Craft Tent and Food Hall
 Craft Tent 10ft x 6ft (3.04m x 1.82m) or Pro Rata size as required
 Food Hall 10ft x 6ft (3.04m x 1.82m) or Pro Rata size as required

Each Trade Stand has an allocated Reference Number. Outside Trade Stands. Each Reference relates to a
25ft x 25ft (7.62m x 7.62m) Stand.

We will do our best to provide your preferred location, but please be aware
that stands will be allocated on first come first served basis.

 

Small Stands 25ft x 12ft 6 ins (7.62m x 3.65m) will also be available. These
are effectively half a standard size stand and will need to be allocated in pairs.

Please advise on your application your preferred location and we will
endeavour to match you as closely as possible to an available site.

LATE APPLICATIONS Please be aware there will be a £10 00 surcharge for
entries received after 08/07/2026.
